Robotic Plasma Cutting
About Robotic Plasma Cutting
Using a heavy duty 6 axis FANUC robotic arm powered by a Hypertherm XPR460, the Beamcut BC50 can handle wider loads and heavier shapes making it ideal for structural fabrication.
About Drilling Systems
The three spindle drill station offers no heat treatment holes capability. Each spindle can hold up to eight tools including milling and countersink tooling.
Robotic Plasma Cutting
The Beamcut 50 provides quality cutting versatility for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We can custom cut beams, channels, angles, pipes, and tubes as well using 3D CAD and NC1 programming compatibility.

Processing Capabilities
Beamcut 50 can manage up to 60’ long sections by 48 inch wide. Cutting thickness up to 4 inch mild steel, 5 inch stainless steel, and 3 inch aluminum.
Drill capability is 1 – 3/16” hole diameter
Bevel Plasma Cutting
Beamcut 50 bevel plasma cutting software and equipment creates precision angled cuts on steel shapes for weld preparation or final assembly. The head of our bevel plasma cutter can rotate 360 degrees in any direction. We operate our bevel plasma cutter 16 hours a day. It is commonly used to create countersink holes.

Processing Capabilities
When compared to robotic oxyfuel beveling, the efficiency of robotic plasma beveling is more than 3 times higher, with a comprehensive cost 3 to 4 times lower.
